The Two-Layer S.K. Cookie Cake

Yay!!! I have made it to 22. The best part about being 18 years old
is making it to 21. I’ve past 21, so I think I’m doing ok. This is a
very normal looking cake for me, maybe a little too normal. Originally
I was going to make a red converse sneaker, but I didn’t have much
time to work with. The cake is made from two layers of chocolate cake
with strawberries in between, strawberry icing, and strawberries and
kiwis on the top (I think you get the hint that I like strawberries
and kiwis). What makes this cake a little far from the norm is what I
used for the sides of the cake. If you haven’t realized, there are
Milano cookies on the side. Can you say “Unhealthy?”
Total labor hours, less than 1.5 hours (minus cooling time).
